Civil Rights and Policy Intern

KARAMAH seeks an intern to support our civil rights division. The intern will report to our Executive Director to support research, fact checking, data gathering, and policy development.  The ideal candidate is pursuing a career in public policy, advocacy, or the law. Writing and publishing experience preferred but not required. A passion for human rights, gender equity, and religious freedom is preferred and required.   • Spring Internship (January-May): November 15

  • Summer internships (June-August): March 15

  • Fall Internships (September-December): August 1

Please note: ALL application materials are due by the above dates and all internships at KARAMAH: Muslim Women Lawyers for Human Rights are unpaid.
