Dr. Monica McGrath is an adjunct professor of Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.\u00a0 There, she is also Director of the Leadership and Learning Teams and serves as Faculty point on student issues of gender and diversity.\u00a0 Monica McGrath is an experienced human resource consultant in the area of leadership development and executive coaching.\u00a0 She provides services to senior executives and their teams and uses her expertise and experience to help organizations meet business objectives through the leveraging of leadership talent. She is currently a member of the American Psychological Association, The Academy of Management, Wharton Center for Leadership and Change, Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Group and International Executive Women\u2019s Development Network.
