Last year, Dr. al-Hibri was honored to be invited to address the King of Morocco during his annual\u00a0<em>dars Hassani<\/em>, a lesson given each night in Ramadan to the royal court. Dr. al-Hibri was the first American Muslim woman scholar to give this important lesson. This year, she returns to Morocco in Ramadan to give a series of lessons to various audiences throughout the country.
