On Friday, May 11, KARAMAH was visited by Soumia El Majdoub. Ms. El Majdoub is the Founder and Managing Director of Alter Partners, the first Belgian consultancy bureau that focuses on diversity training, coaching, advising, marketing, communication, and market exploration.
This meeting represented a joining of like minds in which KARAMAH and Ms. El Majdoub emphasized leadership in every sector of society while discussing the expansion of KARAMAH EU, developing Muslim leadership in business in Europe and abroad, and nurturing the vital existence of interfaith and intercultural communication and cooperation. Ms. El Majdoub mentors other Muslim business leaders and was one of the first Muslims to serve on Brussels’ Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Soumia looks forward to working with KARAMAH EU to serve as a resource in developing business leadership skills among Muslims in Europe. She and KARAMAH will work together to educate Muslims and non-Muslims alike to a more enlightened understanding of Islam.
KARAMAH looks forward to continuing work in Europe.
