On Saturday, April 17, 2010, KARAMAH was honored at a fundraising tea event held by Sisters in Solidarity to Educate, Respond & Serve (S.I.S.T.E.R.S) at Dar Al-Noor mosque in Manassas, Virginia. During the event, the women of SISTERS raised funds to help sponsor a student to attend KARAMAH’S 2010 Law & Leadership Summer Program.
