Peaceful Families Project (PFP) is pleased to have Aisha Rahman present “Legal Issues Related to Domestic Violence” during the national workshop for imams Preventing & Responding to Domestic Violence held March 14–15, 2015 in Herndon, VA. In recognition of the fact that imams, like clergy in other faith traditions, are often first responders in cases of domestic violence, PFP offers this workshop to imams around the US to provide them with tool and resources that will help them respond more effectively.
